How does the Delivery Arrive
It arrives via An Post. When the order leaves our warehouse you will get an email with a tracking number and you can follow your Mimitoys order on www.anpost.ie. It usually is delivered by your local postman.
How do boxes arrive – is there photos or images of the toys on the side of the box?
Orders are delivered in plain cardboard boxes. No images or photos on the side but the boxes may have toy related text visible on the box as we tend to recycle boxes and re-use boxes. If this is an issue please call us at 046 955 8977 (INT +353 46 955 8977) or arrange a delivery address where there are no inquiring eyes.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are delivered quickly. All orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched same-day. Delivery to your preferred address is normally 1/3 working days but count 4 to be absolutely safe. For fastest delivery please provide an Eircode in the appropiate box at the check-out pages.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Ireland. Delivery is 4.95 euro per order (regardless of number of items).

Do you have an Irish Toy Shop?
We do not have a shop or a display area, we work from a warehouse. All toys and games on the website are stock items that are in-stock. If you can buy it on our online toy shop – then it must be sitting on our shelves.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes – Our warehouse is in Summerhill, Co Meath but please ring in advance to arrange collection – contact Mimi at 0469558977.
Are the toys in stock and how long does it normally take to get delivered?
Yes all toys that you can buy on our online toy shop are sitting in our warehouse. We do not sell toys that are not physically in our warehouse. On a work day if you buy from our irish toy shop before 2 pm, that toy order is given to An-Post that same day. Therefore from our shelves to your home its anywhere between next dayt and 4 working days.
Where do the toys come from – do you manufacture the toys?
The majority of toys come from European suppliers, mainly based in Ireland, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands and the UK.
All toys are designed in Europe, some are made locally, others in Asia. All toys comply with relevant CE regulations for health and safety.
We do not manufacture toys (I have loads of ideas but that would be another business altogether!). We just put together a range of toys and games that is unique, with quality materials and engaging for children (and the whole family!). We stock most Irish Toys that are available. Let us know if we are missing an Irish Toy.
What payment methods do Mimitoys accept?
We accept all credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Amex…and all Irish debit cards ie Visa Debit and Mastercard debit. You can also use your Revolut card and all digital wallets such as Applepay, Google Pay.
Please ring us on 046 955 8977 (INT +353 46 955 8977) if you want to pay using these non-card methods both to place an order and arrange postage of cheque, bank draft or postal order.
How secure are the Card Details I enter to complete my order?
We use Stripe Merchant Service as a secure payment gateway to process all credit card payments. We never get to see or store any of your card details.
What are your Returns Policies?
We are happy to refund any unused product returned within 28 days of purchase.
We just ask that it is returned unopened, and in its original packaging.
The choice of carrier and cost of return is at the customer’s expense.
Customers will receive a full refund on the value of the toy received, using the same method of payment as the original order.
In the case of damaged goods, we ask that you report any damage as soon as possible.
Depending on the item, we can organise a replacement or a spare part to be sent out.
What happens to my details on your online toy store?
When ordering on our mimitoys.ie we ask customers to register their details with us. As part of that process we ask you if we want to “Sign-Up to our Newsletter” offering you the opportunity to decline our request. We would like to use these details to inform you of Mimitoys.ie special offers. We have not, do not and will not share your information with any other outside organisation. If you do not wish to receive these Mimitoys offers, please e-mail us at [email protected] including your name and address or phone us at 0469558977, and we will remove your details from these Mimitoys promotional activities.
Where is my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse an email is sent to you with the tracking number and the web address where you can track. It gives approximate details as in if out for delivery, received into hub etc. Please make sure to check your Spam Inbox as sometimes our notifications land there!
Is assembly required?
I want to send the toys to another address, is there anything additional I need to do?
Yes, please fill in the delivery address, including the eircode / postcode and telephone contact for that delivery address.
Do you gift-wrap?
Sometimes our customers ask if we can gift-wrap, even at a cost. Currently we do not have the facility (to be honest also the ability) to offer such a service. That is why we thought a FREE gift bag was a better alternative and something we could afford to do for free. So all orders are delivered with a colourful and sturdy paper and a FREE gift tag.
