Toys that relax

I have always been interested in sourcing toys that encourage children’s and young teenagers’ growth, development, and skills.
I also know (from having 2 teenagers and 2 young adults living in the house) that living away from a phone or a screen is near impossible. So I started thinking about Toys that Relax...

What toys and games do we have within Creative Toys that relax, lengthen focus, and get the head in a good space without a screen.
I think that by definition, arts & crafts activities are great to encourage a bit of free headspace! and the benefits of doing arty or crafty activities are huge - they promote precision and concentration, sensory development, creative skills and a lovely sense of achievement.

Djeco art kits are so well designed that toddlers from the age of 18 months, can enjoy the joys of using paints, colours, stickers and always produce stunning results. Djeco works with amazing designers to offer a super wide range of stamps, colour, paper creations, painting workshops, stickers, beads and multi activity packs for children as young as 18 months to the ages of 14 years.
What we like about Djeco's dedication to good quality toys & games is that they are always age appropriate with step-by-step instructions. This guarantees stunning results and no waste of materials.

In addition to arts and crafts activities, there are other toys that can help promote relaxation and concentration. Here are a few examples:
Puzzle games: Jigsaw puzzles, tangrams, and other puzzle games can help children develop their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, while also promoting relaxation and focus.

Building sets: Construction toys or building blocks can help children develop spatial reasoning skills, as well as encourage creativity and relaxation.
Fidget toys: Fidget toys like stress balls, fidget spinners, and sensory sand can provide a calming and relaxing outlet for children who may have difficulty sitting still or focusing.

Board games: Classic board games like chess, checkers, and Scrabble can help children develop strategic thinking skills, as well as promote social interaction and relaxation.

Outdoor toys: Outdoor activities like sports, gardening, and nature walks can promote physical activity and relaxation, while also providing opportunities for children to explore and learn about their environment.
